Quick Veggie Ravioli
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped yellow pepper Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Reduced Fat Cheese Ravioli
- 3 Tbsp. DI GIORNO Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Mix tomatoes, broccoli, yellow peppers and seasonings in skillet; cook on medium-high heat 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook ravioli as directed on package; drain.
- Toss ravioli with vegetable mixture in large serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
