Chicken with Potatoes Au Gratin & Broccoli
- 1 pkg. (10.23 oz.) VELVEETA Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 5 bone-in skinless chicken thighs (1-1/4 lb.)
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Prepare Potatoes as directed on package for oven baking; stir in broccoli.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with chicken.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Stir Cheese Sauce into potato mixture.
- Serve with chicken.
