Osechi Hachiman Rolls (Burdock Root Rolled in Meat)

  1. Roughly julienne the burdock root and parboil.
  2. Roll up Step 1 with beef.
  3. Combine the seasonings in a pot, and briefly simmer until the the colour of the meat changes .
