Fried fish
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 6 fish filits
- 1/4 cup milk
- Heat the oil on medium heat, 1 cm deep for frying.
- Mix the milk with the eggs and add salt to taste.
- Spice the fish and coat with flour.
- Dip the fish in to the egg and back in to the flour then fry.
