Pita Bread Christmas Trees

• 4 pita breads,each cut into eights
• 8 oz cream cheese,softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach cooked and squeezed dry
• 1 envelope good seasons zesty italian seasoning mix
• 1 tomato seeded and chopped
• 5 drops green food coloring
• 32 pretzel sticks

1. Arrange pita triangles on a large plate.
2. Mix next five ingredients well.
3. I do this the night before so the veggie mix softens.
4. Spread each triangle with cream cheese spinach mix and poke pretzel stick in wider end of pita.
5. Decorate with chopped tomato.
