Pot Roast, Chuck Or Arm Recipe

  1. Mix salts and flavorings with vinegar, let stand 20 min.
  2. Add in oil.
  3. Pour over meat and let set several hrs in refrigerator or possibly overnight.
  4. Cook on grill.
  5. Baste as it cooks.
