Hot Chocolate (Forro Csokolade) Recipe

• 2 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
• 1 c. warm water
• 4-6 tbsp. sugar
• 3 c. cream

1. Heat chocolate in warm water in double boiler.
2. Add in sugar and salt.
3. Cook slow over low heat about 4-5 min.
4. Add in cream gradually and heat.
5. Serve warm with large dab of whipped cream.
