Turkey And Potato Pie
- 2 pie crusts
- 2 1/2 c. chopped leftover turkey
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- salt and pepper
- sliced potatoes
- sliced carrots
- chopped onions
- chopped green pepper
- chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- hamburger
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- Put sliced vegetables on bottom of casserole dish.
- Put hamburger over other ingredients (like a lid).
- Punch several holes with your finger into meat.
- Pour can of tomato sauce and can of water over top of meat.
- Cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 2 hours.
