Irish Coffee with Dutch Whipped Cream
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Dutch process cocoa
- 13 c. confectioners' sugar
- 4 c. hot brewed coffee
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 oz. Irish whiskey
- With an electric mixer, whip cream with cocoa and confectioners' sugar until just stiff.
- Fill a mug with 1 cup coffee.
- Add 1 tbsp.
- brown sugar and 1 ounce whiskey.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Repeat with 3 more mugs.
- Dust with cocoa before serving.
