Cauliflower and Pork Bake
- 1 lb pork loin
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 pints chicken broth
- 2 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp granulated garlic powder
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Chop cauliflower and layer the dish with cauliflower.
- Add chicken broth, season with half the salt, garlic and paprika
- Cube the pork into bite sized pieces.
- Season the pork and put on top of cauliflower.
- Pour melted butter on top.
- Bake covered in oven 45 minutes.
- Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy.
