Aryca's favorite fried rice

• 2 large eggs scrambled
• 6 cup day old cooked rice
• 1/4 cup lite soya sauce
• 2 small onions chopped
• 15 oz sweet peas
• 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
• 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 Chinese lap chong sausage links 46 grams each

1. heat oil add onion garlic and sausage fry till onions are just soft add soya sauce stir in rice mixing well add peas and lastly the eggs
2. stir fry till rice is heated well enjoy ....note before frying the sausages remove casing

eggs, rice, lite soya sauce, onions, sweet peas, garlic, hoisin sauce, vegetable oil, sausage links
