Brett Sawyer's Three Layer White Cake Recipe

  1. 350 OVEN
  2. 3-WELL GREASED, FLOURED AND WAX PAPER-LINED 8" ROUND PANS
  3. 30-35 Min
  4. CREAM MARGARINE AND SUGAR Till VERY LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
  5. THIS IS A MUST.
  6. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING Pwdr AND SALT.
  7. Add in ALTERNATELY WITH JUICE AND VANILLA.
  8. MIX WELL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER.
  9. POUR INTO THREE WELL-GREASED, FLOURED AND WAX PAPER LINED 8" ROUND PANS.
  10. BAKE FOR 30-35 Min Till DONE.
  11. Cold ON CAKE RACK.
  12. PEEL OFF PAPER WHILE Hot.
  13. ICE WITH APPROPRIATE
  14. ICING(DAIRY FREE: MARGARINE (2 TBLS), 1 1/2 C. POWDERED SUGAR, JUICE TO DESIRED CONSISTENCYAND FLAVORING).
  15. CAN MAKE C. CAKES.
