No-Cook Raspberry Jam - CERTO Crystals

  1. Crush raspberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Sieve half the pulp to removed seeds, if desired.
  3. Measure exactly 3 cups prepared raspberries into large bowl.
  4. Add sugar; mix well.
  5. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Combine water and pectin crystals in small saucepan.
  7. Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  8. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  9. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  10. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  11. Pour into clean containers, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
  12. Cover with lids.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
  14. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
