Dave-Bob Style Mac-N-Cheese
- 34 lb fresh pasta (Elbow pasta from pasta machine 1/2 of a batch)
- 1 12 cups milk
- 5 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 dash pepper
- Cook pasta till al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a pan slowly heat 1 cup milk, cheese, pepper and butter.
- In a small mixing bowl whisk remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour.
- Stir flour mixture into cheese mixture.
- Stir constantly until mixture thickens.
- Pour over pasta, stir and serve!
- Note: Not sure if all pasta machines make the same amout per batch but Dave uses 1/2 batch for this.
- It equals to about 3/4 lb fresh pasta.
