Dave-Bob Style Mac-N-Cheese

  1. Cook pasta till al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan slowly heat 1 cup milk, cheese, pepper and butter.
  4. In a small mixing bowl whisk remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour.
  5. Stir flour mixture into cheese mixture.
  6. Stir constantly until mixture thickens.
  7. Pour over pasta, stir and serve!
  8. Note: Not sure if all pasta machines make the same amout per batch but Dave uses 1/2 batch for this.
  9. It equals to about 3/4 lb fresh pasta.
