Peppermint Tea Brownies Recipe
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- Heat together 1/2 c. butter and 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate.
- Add in rest of ingredients for brownies.
- Bake in square brownie pan at 350 degrees for 25 min and let cold.
- For the first frosting, beat all ingredients together and frost.
- Add in second frosting.
- Be sure to cold thoroughly and let set between each layer.
- Also, best if chilled.
- Store in refrigerator.
