Cafe Sorbet

  1. Dissolve flavored instant coffee in milk in large bowl.
  2. Add sugar; stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  4. Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until almost firm.
  5. Break up mixture with fork.
  6. Freeze an additional 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Break mixture up again with fork.
  8. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes just before serving.
