Chicken Club Pizza
- 1 pkg. (700 g) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, divided
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll dough into 15x10-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with 1/4 cup dressing to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with chicken and bacon.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with cheese; bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes; drizzle with remaining dressing.
