Galliano Espresso

  1. Pour liqueur into a warmed coffee glass.
  2. Use an electric coffee machine, plunger or Italian coffee maker to make 60ml (1/4 cup) of hot strong espresso.
  3. Pour over liqueur.
  4. Top with marshmallows.
  5. Sprinkle with drinking chocolate.
  6. Serve.
