German's Sweet Chocolate Pie--Lightened Version

  1. Microwave chocolate and 2 tbsp milk in a large microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.
  2. Stir; microwave 1 minute or until chocolate is almost melted.
  3. Stir until completely melted.
  4. Add cream cheese, sugar, and remaining milk (3 tbsp + 1 tsp).
  5. Beat with a whisk until mixture is well combined.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes or until cooled.
  7. Fold in Cool Whip Lite and spoon mixture into pie crust.
  8. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Let pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chocolate curls or any other garnishes as desired.
