Minted Blood Orange Dessert

  1. Slice blood oranges 1/4" thick after rind has been removed or as thick as you like.
  2. Add all cream ingredients to a mixer bowl (I used my stand mixer) and mix at medium high speed until cream forms stiff peaks, usually anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. You could also use a hand mixer/beater for this as well if you dont have a stand mixer.
  4. Just beat the cream ingredients on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar.
  6. Spoon into the bottom of a bowl or dessert dish.
  7. Top graham cracker crumbs with whipped cream.
  8. Lay blood oranges on top of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
  9. Enjoy!

oranges, graham crackers, sugar, butter, cream, heavy cream, mint, cardamom, orange juice, sugar, vanilla, mint
