Creamy Eggs and Bacon on Toast
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- dash black pepper
- Place flour in medium saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add boullion and butter; cook on medium heat 4 min.
- or until sauce is thickened and just begins to boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add eggs; cook 1 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Place 1 toast slice on each of four plates.
- Heat bacon as directed on package.
- Place on toast; cover with egg mixture, cheese and pepper.
