Baked Crab Fries
- 4 large potatoes, or more if you like
- 4 tbsp olive oil, or as needed
- 1 Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- 1 salt, to taste
- Preheat oven at 425
- Thoroughly wash and dry potatoes
- Slice potatoes into strips, I leave the skins on
- On baking sheet, toss with olive oil and Old Bay (be generous with seasoning!)
- Arrange on pan with plenty of space between fries, use another pan if necessary, sprinkle with salt
- Bake 30-45 minutes, depending on how you like them (we like them a little crispy), give another dash of Old Bay after baking for extra flavor if you like
