Cheesy Bacon Frittata
- 8 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Shredded chedder
- 1 tbsp chopped roasted garlic
- pinch black pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 6 slice thick bacon cooked
- 1 cup cooked shredded hash brown
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup shredded chedder
- Beat eggs and mix all ingredients accept bacon an hashbrown.
- Preheat oven 375F.
- Place egg mixture in pie dish.
- Add hashbrown into pie dish push down to cover evenly.
- Add cooked bacon push down till just covered by egg.
- Place in oven 15 min.
- After 15 min add cheese for topping spead out evenly and cook 15 to 17 min more or till cheese is golden.
