Chicken
- 1 lb chicken thigh
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
- spray pam for 2 seconds, cook chicken.
- season with mrs dash.
- once chicken is cooked, add peas and carrots.
