Marinated Shrimp And Vegetables

  1. Place shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except oil.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add oil; mix well.
  5. Pour over shrimp and vegetables.
  6. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 5 cups.
