Steak Marinade
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- crazy pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides.
- Mix the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the steak.
- Squeeze out all the air before you zip the last inch.
- Allow sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
- The color of the meat will turn from red to brown when ready.
- Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.
