Steak Marinade

  1. Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides.
  2. Mix the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the steak.
  3. Squeeze out all the air before you zip the last inch.
  4. Allow sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  5. The color of the meat will turn from red to brown when ready.
  6. Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.
