Easy Chinese-Style Simmered Lettuce

  1. Chop the lettuce into large chunks.
  2. Or you can just rip it up with your hands!
  3. Boil water in a pot and blanch the lettuce for about 30 seconds.
  4. Combine the drained lettuce, sesame oil, soy sauce and white sesame seeds in a bowl, and serve!
