Meatballs

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
  3. Shape into small or medium balls.
  4. Place on broiler pan and broil five to six inches from the heat for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Turn them over, broil 3-4 minutes longer.
  6. Use as desired for sandwiches, spaghetti, etc.
