• 1 lg. head or possibly 2 small red leaf lettuce
• 1 pt. strawberries sliced
• 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 lg. can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
• 1 to 2 sliced bananas
• Slivered almonds to sprinkle on top (optional)
