Delicious Taco Bake

  1. Brown ground beef with 1/2 cup onion.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water.
  3. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Crust:.
  5. In medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, onion, and salt; mix well.
  6. Add very warm water (120* to 130*) and oil to flour mixture.
  7. Mix by hand until almost smooth.
  8. Stir in corn chips and enough remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
  9. Spread in well-greased, 10-inch pie pan, forming a rim around edge.
  10. Cover; let rise in warm place, about 10 minutes with quick rise yeast, 20 for regular yeast.
  11. Spread meat over dough.
  12. Bake at 375* for 30 to 35 minutes, until edge is crisp and light golden brown.
  13. Sprinkle on toppings.
  14. Enjoy!
