Whole Wheat Bran Muffins Recipe
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. all bran cereal
- 1 1/2 teaspoon artificial sweetener
- 1 egg white, lg. or possibly med. (or possibly 2 small)
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. corn oil
- Slightly beat egg white with fork.
- Add in lowfat milk, corn oil, and sweetener to egg white.
- Mix well.
- Measure flour, whole wheat flour, cereal, salt, and baking pwdr into large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pour lowfat milk mix into dry ingredients, mix with a fork do not over mix.
- Spray a 10 muffin pan with "Pam".
- Pour batter into 10 muffin pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Yield 10 muffins.
- A good recipe for "dieting".
