Meatloaf Recipe

• 2 pound hamburger
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 c. freshly made bread crumbs
• 1 minced onion
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 2 Large eggs
• Catsup to cover meatloaf

1. Mix all ingredients with hands.
2. Blend it well.
3. Cover with catsup.
4. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
