Jessica's Famous Brownies

• 12 cup margarine
• 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
• 1 13 cups granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
• 34 cup all-purpose flour
• 10 peppermint patties (0.6oz each)

1. Heat oven to 350F Line a 8x8 -inch pan with foil and spray with a nonstick spray.
2. Melt margarine and chocolate in a medium saucepan over a low heat, stirrin often.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and remaining ingredients, except the peppermint patties.
4. Pour half of the batter into the lined baking dish.
5. Then sprinkle cut up peppermint patties over top of batter.
6. Add remaining batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Cool and frost with your favorite frosting, then enjoy!
