Beef Elegant Over Rice Recipe

  1. Tenderize steak; cut into 1-inch strips.
  2. Coat steaks with seasoned flour; brown in oil.
  3. Add in onions and cook 2 to 3 min longer.
  4. Stir in wine, broth and mushrooms with liquid; bring to a boil.
  5. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender.
  6. Serve over rice; garnish with tomato wedges and fresh parsley.
  7. NOTE: Beef broth may be substituted for wine.
