Twin Cheese Dip
- 3/4 pound cheddar cheese, very old, sharp grated
- 4 ounces roquefort cheese crumbled
- 1 each garlic cloves pressed
- 3/4 cup cola
- 2 tablespoons margarine softened
- 1 tablespoon onions grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard dry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
- In a large mixing bowl, add cheddar cheese and roquefort.
- Add pressed garlic, 1/2 cup of the Coca-Cola, and remaining ingredients.
- Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended.
- Gradually add the remaining Coca-Cola, then beat on high speed until the mixture is fairly smooth, light and fluffy.
- Pack into a covered container.
- Chill.
- Refrigerate overnight.
