Smoked mackerel pate recipe

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, in a food processor and using the pulse action process the mixture in short bursts until just combined.
  2. Season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Taste and add more lemon juice if required.
  4. Serve with toast or crackers.
