Mexican street tacos
- 1 lb chopped flank steak
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 thinly sliced radish
- 1 pinch salsa verde
- 1 lime sliced in wedges
- 1 pinch adobo season
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 cup masa corn flour
- 1 pinch salt
- Marinate flank steak in adobo and garlic seasoning over night in a bag with lime juice and sliced onions
- Follow directions for masa mix...or used prepared white corn tortillas
- Cooked chopped flank steak on griddle w small spray of coconut oil
- Lightly cook tortilla on the same griddle for 5 seconds each side
- Spoon a tablespoon or two of prepared meat onto tortilla
- Add pinch of cilantro and onions on top of steak
- Add sliced radish on top as well and top with salsa verde
- Finally, add a sqeeze of lime to make it pop!
