Mexican street tacos

  1. Marinate flank steak in adobo and garlic seasoning over night in a bag with lime juice and sliced onions
  2. Follow directions for masa mix...or used prepared white corn tortillas
  3. Cooked chopped flank steak on griddle w small spray of coconut oil
  4. Lightly cook tortilla on the same griddle for 5 seconds each side
  5. Spoon a tablespoon or two of prepared meat onto tortilla
  6. Add pinch of cilantro and onions on top of steak
  7. Add sliced radish on top as well and top with salsa verde
  8. Finally, add a sqeeze of lime to make it pop!
