Tortellini Appetizers

  1. Boil the tortellini according to package directions.
  2. When its done, drain well and put the tortellini back in the pot.
  3. Toss tortellini with the salad dressing.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cut the proscuitto into 60 small slices.
  6. Use a knife or a small cookie cutter to cut the provolone into 60 pieces.
  7. Assemble each appetizer: Take a toothpick and slide an olive onto the pick.
  8. Then add a piece of cheese, then proscuitto then tortellini.
