Tortellini Appetizers
- 1 bag 1 Pound Bag Of Frozen Tortellini
- 6 ounces, fluid Italian Salad Dressing
- 4 ounces, weight Proscuitto, Ham Or Salami
- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 can (6 Oz. Size) Whole Pitted Black Olives, Drained
- Boil the tortellini according to package directions.
- When its done, drain well and put the tortellini back in the pot.
- Toss tortellini with the salad dressing.
- Set aside.
- Cut the proscuitto into 60 small slices.
- Use a knife or a small cookie cutter to cut the provolone into 60 pieces.
- Assemble each appetizer: Take a toothpick and slide an olive onto the pick.
- Then add a piece of cheese, then proscuitto then tortellini.
