Wilted Spinach & Nectarine Salad

  1. In a bowl, combine first three ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, fry bacon till crisp.
  3. Remove bacon, drain on paper towels.
  4. Add bacon pieces to spinach mixture.
  5. Discard all but 2 tablespoons of drippings from pan.
  6. Stir dressing mixture into pan, heat to simmer.
  7. Remove pan from heat.
  8. Add spinach mixture to pan, tossing to coat evenly.
  9. Serve warm, doesn't keep.
