Shrimp Or Crawfish Casserole

  1. Saute onions,
  2. celery
  3. and bell pepper until clear; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and garlic powder and cook for 5 minutes.tdd mushroom soup and
  4. water; this is to be cooked a while longer. Soak bread intater,tqueeze
  5. water out and break into small pieces;
  6. add to cooked mixture.then add crawfish or shrimp, rice and parsley. Cook 10 minutes; finally, pour into 2 quart buttered casserole and sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.take uncovered at 450u0b0 until brown.
