Creamy Broccoli Soup

• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 4 cups broccoli pieces
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• salt and pepper to taste

1. BRING chicken broth to a boil in a large saucepan; stir in vegetables.
2. SIMMER 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. PUREE cooled soup mixture in a blender, pour back into clean saucepan.
4. WHISK in Miracle Whip, cumin, salt and pepper.
5. HEAT thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
