Rum Raisin Ice Cream Recipe

• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. dark rum
• 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Soak raisins in rum overnight.
2. Allow ice cream to soften and scoop into mixing bowl.
3. Add in rum, raisins and nutmeg; mix.
4. Rum will soften ice cream and make mixing easier.
5. Place everything back into ice cream carton and refreeze.
