Picante Beef Pockets

• 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
• 34 cup picante sauce or 34 cup salsa
• 12 cup sour cream
• pita pockets or flour tortilla

1. Cook beef until done
2. mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
3. stuff bread and enjoy!
4. Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat.
5. and the sopaipilla portion of Recipe #306363 for the pocket bread yum.
