Picante Beef Pockets
- 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
- 34 cup picante sauce or 34 cup salsa
- 12 cup sour cream
- pita pockets or flour tortilla
- Cook beef until done
- mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
- stuff bread and enjoy!
- Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat.
