White Chocolate Macadamia Muffins
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 34 cup vanilla chips or 34 cup white chocolate chips
- 34 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 12 cup vanilla chips or 12 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Fold in the chips and nuts.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
- Bake at 400* for 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
- For glaze, in a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chips with cream; stir until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm muffins.
