Bruschette

  1. Slice the french loaf in half, lengthwise.
  2. Peel and seed the tomatos, then dice.
  3. Mix the tomatoes with the garlic and seasonings.
  4. Brush the bread with the oil.
  5. Cover with tomato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and broil in the oven until cheeses melt.
