Cranberry Heart Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl; set aside.
  3. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl; let stand 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in egg and oil; mix well.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  7. Spoon batter into paper-lined medium muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  8. Roll 12 (4-inch square) pieces of foil into balls.
  9. Tuck 1 between paper liner and side of each muffin cup to resemble heart shape.
  10. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm.
