Orange mint Glazed Lamb Loins Fresh Summer Veggies and Creamy Lemon Vinnegrette

  1. Put all ingredients in small sauce pot fpr orange glaze and bring to simmer.
  2. Watch close it can boil over!
  3. Once simmered turn to very low heat for 15min, then remove to cool and thicken.
  4. Prepare and mix ingredients for creamy lemon vinegrette.
  5. Set aside to drizzle on summer veggies
  6. Steam your veggies your choice.
  7. Pan fry polenta slices.
  8. Grill or pan fry lamb loins.
  9. Once lamb cook brush orange mint glaze on while still hot.
  10. Drizzle Creamy lemon vinegrette over veggies on plate lay polenta down then glazed loins touch off with sprig of mint.
  11. Enjoy I did!
