Nat's RRRoll out the Rouladen

  1. Rub each piece of meat with 1/2 clove of garlic then spread mustard onto meat.
  2. Mix bacon, pickles and onion and spoon along one end of each piece of meat.
  3. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Brown the meat rolls in olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Add tomato sauce and sugar.
  7. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until done.
  8. Serve with noodles or rice.
  9. Enjoy!
