The Bel-Aire Diner's Paella

  1. Make rice according to recipe on box (but replace one cup of water with chicken broth).
  2. When rice is cooked, add peas.
  3. Saute garlic in hot oil, then add chicken.
  4. Saute for several minutes, then add the shellfish.
  5. Add wine and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss with cooked rice and top with with parsley.
