Midwestern Noodle Casserole
- 1 pound Pork Chops
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 8 ounces, weight Wavy Egg Noodles, Cooked To Manufacturer's Instructions
- 1 can Corn
- 8 ounces, weight American Cheese (velveeta), Cubed Or Grated
- 3/4 cups Crushed Crackers
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- Fry pork and onion in skillet.
- Once pork is well-cooked, cube and mix with green pepper, soup, milk, noodles, corn, and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with crushed cracker and dot with slivers of butter.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 oven about an hour, or until edges are bubbly.
